What counts as a credit?
A credit is the unit we charge for the work OpenHelm does, roughly proportional to the model tokens and tool calls used to complete a task. A typical Monday-morning catch-up uses around 3–5 credits; a long research task with several documents might use 15–30. We publish a breakdown in your workspace so nothing is hidden.
What happens when we run out of credits?
Jobs queued after you hit your monthly allowance stay in the queue without running. You can top up at any time, upgrade tier, or wait for the next cycle. We never silently overcharge.
Are seats really unlimited?
Yes. Add as many team members as you need on any tier, at no extra cost. Credits are pooled across the team. This is deliberate, we want you to give your whole team the tool, not gate it to a few.
Where is our data processed?
UK & EU data residency by default. Each integration runs inside an isolated credential vault scoped to the permissions you grant, and we keep a detailed audit log of every action taken on your behalf. Enterprise customers can choose a specific region.
Can I cancel or change tier at any time?
Yes. Change tier whenever you want, upgrades are pro-rated, downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we do not offer hostage dashboards.
Do you do annual billing or volume deals?
Annual billing is available on any tier with a meaningful discount. For higher-volume teams we do flat credit bundles and committed-use pricing. Book a demo and we will talk through the right shape for you.
How is this different from ChatGPT Team or Claude for Work?
Those are chat interfaces: you ask, they answer, you still have to do the steps. OpenHelm connects to your tools, reads the context, and does the steps, an email drafted and queued, a CRM updated, a report delivered. You review and sign off; nothing goes out without your call.
